A. Business Development Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain business relationships with key customers
● Identify potential customers and market segments to drive business growth.
● Work closely with internal business units pertaining to service delivery, identify problems and resolutions to resolve client’s problems.
● Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
● Timely reporting to business unit head and participate in business planning.

Professional Skill Requirements:
● Possess at least a bachelor degree with 1-3 years of experience in handling business development or client relationship management.
● Good business writing skills and Internet savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
● Personal attributes include a self starter, highly self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
● Posses the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and to perform multi-task functions.
● IT knowledge and the ability to drive projects would be favorably considered.

C. HR Recruitment Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key responsibilities:
● Understanding recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
● Sourcing and Screening applications as per project requirement.
● Coordinating and Conducting interviews of potential employees.
● Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
● Updating and utilizing recruiting databases and tools

Professional Skill Requirements:
● 1-3 years’ work experience in recruiting.
● Experience in IT / Consulting recruitment is highly desired
● Bachelor Degree with related courses pertaining to HR
● Previous working experience with knowledge on the whole recruitment process
● Good communication and interpersonal skills

B. JAVA/J2EE Developers

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key responsibilities:
● Primarily focus on providing high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing software applications.
● Design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications.
● Modifies applications programs from detailed specifications and analyzes, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs and interfaces.
● Position uses problem-solving skills to determine the programming effects on existing systems.
● Position is able to identify problems and recommend corresponding solutions.

Professional Skill Requirements:
● Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related study
● Minimum 2 years’ experience working in software development
● Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, HTML, XML, Unix and J2EE application servers
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and skills in technical design and analysis
● Desire to take initiative, with a view to continuous improvement and ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks

D. Business Intelligence Consultants

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key responsibilities:
● Translates business requirements into functional/data specifications for Business Intelligence solutions and Works with business users to   understand their key business processes, risks, metrics, and functional requirements.
● Works with conglomerate team to leverage their knowledge of Business processes to develop Business Intelligence solutions.
● Works with Business Intelligence Development team to ensure all functional and technical design specifications are clear and are feasible.
● Performs data validation and functional testing on new BI solutions delivered and acts as the business user advocate to ensure all  – development is completed on time and accurately.
● Builds Dashboards, reports and other BI objects as needed to support project requirements or support tasks and Provides Business users with technical support and training on the Business Intelligence product suite.

Professional Skill Requirements:
● A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
● Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools, SQL, or other Business Reporting tools.
● Experience with Business Intelligence request and dashboard design concepts and methodologies or significant relevant experience.
● High level of PL/SQL, SQL and experience using SQL Server or similar tool
● Experience with database management and understanding of Business Intelligence architecture and 1-2 years experience with a BI tool (QlikView, Jaspersoft or BIRST etc.)
