– Fixed Incident Quota [Not limited to man-hours or man-days]

– Phone/Email/VPN Support

Advance Support

– Includes Basic Support + 24x7x365 Phone/email Support
– Unlimited phone/Email/VPN Support (No constraint of the man-day funding) for queries and minor incidents. All phone queries will be responded to within an hour.
– Response time and SLA for the reported cases as per Case Severity
– Technical Support via a combination of remote VPN dial-in or onsite support.  Minimum of 4 hours per onsite visit will be considered.

– This Support Program is available as per incident quota to be consumed within a stipulated time.

Onsite Support

– Annual Contract: FTE (Full time Engineer) technical resource to support the changes, enhancements, roll outs, bug fixes, etc
– Term: Annual / Six-monthly
– Charges: On Man-month basis
– General support hour is 9×5 (excluding local holidays and weekends).
– Need based: Customer can call our technical resources as and when required.
Minimum of 4 hours per onsite visit will be considered or the reasonable travel time.
