Develop a new feature or capability for MariaDB Open Source Server, like support for TOON (Token-Oriented Object Notation).
Develop a new MariaDB-native Flight SQL endpoint + MariaDB-first ADBC driver
Innovate feature for AI, e.g. develop Vector–Relational Query Planner (VRQP) or Explainable Vector Retrieval (XVR).
Participants will receive feedback via email on their submitted ideas, including comments and recommendations from the evaluators.
Selected participants will proceed to develop their projects, applying the feedback received and building their solutions using MariaDB.
